The Hardwater Mill stretches of the River Nene are fairly wild an un-touched. The stretches are known for their silver fishing on bread punch in winter months.
Predator fishing can be prolific for the roving angler using jigs or lures due to the strength of silver fish for predators to feed on.
As with lots of river sections, the fishing is affected by predation & poaching. We would ask all members to be vigilant of any anybody they believe to be breaking club or Environment Agency rules.
Please don’t approach any individuals but call a member of the bailiff team using the numbers within your membership booklet.
